Look who came in 2nd place!
They were sooo excited. It was a proud moment.
They made 4 aluminum boats in 4 different shapes. They floated them and slowly added nickels to each boat. Their objective was to see which shaped boat would hold the most nickels and float the longest. (they allow kindergarten kids to do a joint project.)
Izaak had a VERY cool project. He and Randy worked on a bottle rocket projector. He was trying to see what ratio of water to air would make the rocket go the highest. He worked really hard on it and put his heart into it. So proud of this kid.

how fun! Our school doesn't let kids do it until 3rd or 4th grade I think?
